Set in the exquisite setting of Farnley Tyas, this converted barn has been transformed into our delightfully rural HQ. Home to our many Pop-up Events; a modular interior, a beautiful country garden, ample parking and a stunning setting means the building has everything that is needed to cater for any event. It’s a place we are proud to call home.



Amanda is the proud owner and manager of Guest Dining and has 35 years of experience in the catering industry. She ran Guest Dining from her home in Honley for over 20 years and then expanded the business by moving to The Barn at Farnley Tyas. Her attention to detail is at the heart of everything she does, well renowned for delicious and creative food. She is passionate about cooking and you will always find her in the kitchen with a smile on her face.


Kelly has a wealth of knowledge and vast experience which she has gained over the past 9 years at Guest Dining having graduated in Event Management from Huddersfield University. She is the first port of call when organizing an event, she is always happy to offer advice and support and will take the strain off all event planning. At the Barn and all outside events, Kelly is always the friendly face that will welcome you and is responsible for our amazing front of house team.


Rachael is our Office Administrator and works alongside Kelly with the organisation of events. She deals with the day to day running of Guest Dining, such as accounts, general administration, bookings and enquiries. Rachael is always at the end of the phone and happy to help.


Gemma is a valuable member of our Guest Dining team.  She has the skills, experience and versatility to work front of house, office administration and supports behind the scenes operations.


Louise is our chef who has over 39 years of experience in various aspects of the catering industry. Louise and Mandy work together in the kitchen, putting together all the Guest Dining menus. She enjoys all aspects of food and cooking good food with love.


Christine is one of our most experienced waiting staff and will always give you a warm Guest Dining welcome at events.


Grace is one of our many in house trained waiting staff that helps Guest Dining bring the personal touch to all our inside and outside catering events. We are extremely proud of Grace who won the Kirklees Young Chef of the Year 2019.
